We’re seeking an Epicor Eclipse Consultant to support clients with post-implementation optimization, process improvement, and end-user adoption. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine workflows, improve system utilization, and provide hands-on support to Eclipse users across order management, inventory control, purchasing, and financials.
About the Role
As an Epicor Eclipse Consultant, you’ll play a hybrid role blending business analysis, system configuration, and user enablement. You’ll help identify process bottlenecks, configure system parameters, and support users in maximizing their ERP investment. This position will support multiple Eclipse environments across distributors in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide post-go-live and ongoing support for Epicor Eclipse customers.
· Configure and optimize modules including Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and General Ledger.
· Document workflows, train users, and develop standard operating procedures.
· Analyze business processes to identify efficiency gains and automation opportunities.
· Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues with orders, invoices, pricing, or inventory transactions.
· Collaborate with technical resources on custom reports, extracts, and integrations.
· Support system upgrades, testing, and validation.
Qualifications
·3+ years of experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP (consulting or internal systems role).
· Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain processes.
· Experience supporting at least two of the following modules: Sales Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, AR/AP, Financials.
· Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial distribution industry is required.
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with Eclipse Solar UI and Eterm environments.
· Pick BASIC programming experience is a plus, but not required
· Understanding of pricing matrices, inventory replenishment logic, and warehouse management workflows.
· Exposure to Infor SX.e, Epicor Prophet 21, or other distribution ERPs.
· Ability to lead training sessions and guide end users through change management.
