Full-Time | Outdoor Work | Earthmoving & Timber Clearing
We're looking for an Excavator Operator to join our crew. This role involves running 30–60 ton excavators to move earth, clear timber, and help prepare land for site work. If you have some operating experience and a strong work ethic, we'd like to talk to you.
Operate 30–60 ton excavators for earthmoving, timber clearing, and shaping work areas
Remove trees, brush, and debris safely and efficiently
Assist with cutting, loading, stacking, and staging timber/brush
Perform daily walk-arounds, inspections, and basic equipment upkeep
Follow direction from the foreman and stay aligned with project schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work zone
Assist with general labor tasks when equipment work slows down
Preferably 2-3+ year of excavator operating experience (will consider less with the right attitude and willingness to learn)
Ability to safely operate mid-to-large excavators (30–60 ton range)
Basic knowledge of safe digging practices, grading, and slope awareness
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to take direction
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays depending on workload or rain outs)
