Who's the Right Fit?
We are looking for Executive Functioning Coaches and Academic Coaches who are dedicated to supporting students with both their learning processes and their organizational skills. Executive Functioning Coaches will assist students in developing critical skills like time management, organization, and focus. Academic Coaches will support students in academic subjects by helping them create effective learning strategies and tackle challenges across their curriculum. You should be the kind of person who loves teaching, thrives on student success, and is committed to excellence. We're all about creating an environment where learning can happen in a fun, engaging, and personalized way.

As a Prep Academy Coach, you will:

• Empower students by helping them improve their executive functioning skills, such as planning, organization, time management, and self-regulation.
• Develop customized academic support plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring they understand the material and build lasting skills.
• Offer remediation and enrichment opportunities, providing the right level of challenge to stretch students' abilities and support them where they need it most.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, challenges, and successes.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking dynamic, compassionate educators who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a current, valid registration with the New Jersey Department of Education.
• You're a qualified teacher in the United States (or in the process of becoming one).
• You're a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• You are a subject matter expert (you have a Master's or PhD)
