Seeking an Executive Sous Chef for a Corporate Dining Experience in Savannah, GA.

As the Executive Sous Chef for our corporate dining facility, your day will be filled with culinary creativity, maintaining top-notch food safety standards, and leading a passionate, professional kitchen team. You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create mouthwatering and innovative menus.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising daily culinary operations to ensure the highest level of quality.
• Mentoring and developing your sous chefs and kitchen staff.
• Managing food and labor costs, while maintaining a budget-friendly and efficient kitchen.
• Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

Requirements for Success:

We're looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in a corporate dining or upscale catering setting.
• Culinary school degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of various cuisines, dietary restrictions, and food preparation techniques.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (with the exception of several major holidays off).
