We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and ultra-reliable Executive Travel Assistant to support the Office of the CEO at one of the most expansive and influential organizations in the tech and finance world. The CEO sits at the helm of a vast ecosystem that includes major global brands and cutting-edge tech companies.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and who can support the CEO’s global travel and be in lockstep with their every move.

The Role: Executive Travel Assistant to Office of the CEO

The City: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)

The Money: $150k - $160k Base

The Ideal Candidate: Responsive. 24/7 Mindset. Resourceful. Professional. Takes Initiative.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage all aspects of the CEO's travel, providing 24/7 support as needed
• Partner closely with the CEO's team in a highly synchronized and communicative working relationship
• Coordinate with security team and travel contacts
