Who are we?

ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Exhibit Coordinator for our team in at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. 

What is the opportunity?

This position will be hybrid with 3 days per week required on-site.

The Exhibit Coordinator is responsible for converting and creating multiple types of electronic documents using computer software. This position requires a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication to effectively gather and detail required information.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Prepare Sales Plans and draft a wide range of exhibits using computer aided design (CAD)
• Oversee preparation of Exhibit H documents
• Responsible for rendering exhibits using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Coordination of Changing Graphic Standards with Marketing department
• Tracking Sales Plan and Exhibit L requests and insuring prompt and accurate completion
• Schedule and coordinate work product for self and other staff

Do you have these ?

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• 5+ years relevant experience
