The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an **Experienced** **Supplier Quality Specialist** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA** . The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for the BT&E supplier quality team and providing integrated supplier quality services across BT&E and ET&T. **Position Responsibilities Include:** + Plan and conduct audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. + Document and report audit and assessment results + Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements + Assist with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work + Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives + Resolve routine issues and concerns **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist + 3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)) + 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
