REPORTS TO: FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER MANAGER

STATUS: Part-Time (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Family Entertainment Team Member will facilitate the use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all entertainment equipment at the venue.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of entertainment center
• Oversee the use of entertainment equipment
• Understand the safe and proper use of entertainment equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
• Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
• Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• Accurately take customer food & beverage orders
• Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment
• All additional duties assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a team player
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• AC/DC electronic experience required
• Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware
• Be self-motivated but still be able to follow directions from others
• Be well organized and able to multi-task
• Perform well under pressure and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Working environment is fast paced
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Facility have intermitted noise
