Family Nurse Practitioner - Stockbridge, Georgia Job#16703705

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join an interdisciplinary outpatient clinic serving southeastern Georgia. The selected candidate will perform thorough physical examinations, diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, administer immunizations and injectable medications, and provide patient education focused on health maintenance. This role also includes responsibilities related to clinic operations, such as inventory management, insurance verification, and coordinating follow‑up care. Competitive compensation package.

• A minimum of one year of professional practice as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or family care environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive wellness visits, point‑of‑care testing, and intravenous or intramuscular injections.
• Proficient in conducting detailed patient assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering education on preventive health measures.
• Skilled in managing operational tasks such as clinic opening and closing, inventory control, patient tracking and follow‑up.
• Able to collaborate effectively with medical colleagues to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia.
