As a Field Sales Representative for Medicare Advantage, you are passionate about the health and well-being of our members and prospective members. You are an empathetic, people person that is able to naturally build and maintain relationships to increase enrollment and provide an optimal member experience along the way. Your keen attention to detail and organization allows you to independently manage your calendar and resources.
Note: Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to meetings/presentations across the service area. (Falls Church and Arlington, VA)

Salary Range: Minimum 26.12 per hour - Maximum 43.11 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
