Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to assist with a document scanning project on a Contract basis. This role is located in Glendale, Arizona, and will involve organizing and digitizing files containing sensitive information. Responsibilities: - Scan, digitize, and audit documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Organize and create digital files using appropriate software tools. - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data security protocols. - Perform clerical duties such as sorting, filing, and maintaining document organization. - Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other tools to process and manage scanned files. - Conduct quality checks to ensure all documents are accurately scanned and stored. - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures throughout the project duration. Requirements - Previous experience with document scanning or similar clerical tasks. - Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Basic knowledge of clerical procedures, including sorting and filing. - Familiarity with photocopying and scanning equipment. - Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints.
