FLAT-RATE AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN

The Bump Clinic has an immediate opening for a dependable, experienced flat-rate body repair technician to join our winning team. The Bump Clinic facility provides a fully equipped team working environment that offers an exciting career that focuses on both employee and customer satisfaction. Body and frame experience and knowledge of body shop operations required. I-CAR Certification preferred. Interested candidates must be detail-oriented and take pride in their work. Technician Specific Benefits

• Pay $60,000 - $135,000 + earning potential

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Test-drive vehicles and systems, using diagnostic tools and Frame and Alignment equipment
• Communicate directly with planners so that customers and Insurers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• I-Car certifications are ideal
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with frame equipment and measuring systems
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
