Learn more at crst.com **THE POSITION** **Reporting Structure** : The Fleet Maintenance Manager reports to the Manager - Maintenance. **Shift Schedule** : Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) **Job Family:** Maintenance professionals oversee the inspection, repair and upkeep of equipment, machinery, facilities and infrastructure within an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. They also may analyze data, identify failure patterns, develop maintenance strategies and implement reliability improvement initiatives. **Job Summary:** The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees preventative maintenance, collaborates with Operations to limit service interruptions, supports drivers in resolving maintenance issues, manages external service providers, and maintains proactive communication to provide updates on maintenance progress and delays. **Compensation:** $68,640.00 - $90,127 is the full range (Pay Bi-Weekly) _*A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.
