We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial and fleet sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing fleet sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and driving performance across government, commercial, and business fleet accounts. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep fleet sales knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all fleet and commercial sales operations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow fleet sales volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial, government, and fleet clients.
  • Oversee fleet pricing, incentives, and ordering processes to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Supervise, train, and support Fleet Advisors and commercial sales staff.
  • Monitor performance metrics including volume, gross profit, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service departments to support fleet customers.
  • Ensure timely processing of fleet orders, contracts, and documentation.
  • Represent Power Ford at fleet events, bid opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements.
