Position:  FLETC Project Manager

Location: Glynco, GA

Position Summary:

The Project Manager leads contract execution, ensuring total work effort accomplishment across all contract requirements. Responsible for staffing, operational oversight, reporting, client relations, and overall program delivery, the PM enables effective roleplayer support for reality-based law enforcement training. The PM acts as the primary interface with the Government, guaranteeing contract compliance and readiness for dynamic training requirements, including surges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:

• Manage day-to-day contract performance and staffing
• Oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with PWS and COR requirements
• Serve as the primary POC for the Government
• Deliver all required reports and deliverables on schedule
• Supervise administrative staff, resolve operational issues, and manage emergency responses

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Three (3) consecutive years management/supervisory experience within the last five years in a related field (managing administrative staff & 100+ part-time employees)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience with staff scheduling, training, and operational oversight
• Familiarity with government contracts and compliance
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak) 
• Ability to work flexible schedules, respond quickly to client needs
• U.S. citizen, or lawfully admitted permanent resident authorized to work 
• Must maintain professional demeanor at all times 
• Company-provided emergency contact number

Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the IC is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The IC frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The IC must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
