Job Description

We’re in search of a passionate Electromechanical Technician to work out of North Miami for a company that creates premium, natural garnishes and mixers using traditional curing and cooking methods.

If you have hands-on experience with food machinery and a passion for technical excellence, this opportunity might be perfect for you. Our ideal candidate has a background in the food and beverage industry and possesses a diverse skill set that spans both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 per year base salary (overtime hours are available).
• Shift: Monday–Saturday, 4 AM–6 PM for the first few months with overtime paid at 1.5 the hourly rate.
• Level of Experience: 2+ years of experience, associate level.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Eligibility Requirements: Authorization to work in the United States under own volition.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in complex food equipment, PLCs, frequency converters, and control boards required
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and sensors, plus mechanical maintenance skills like welding
• Electrical experience with 120V–240V systems is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred as the manager mainly speaks Spanish; English fluency is crucial.
