Key Responsibilities :

• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and placement success.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
