Garde Manger (Cold Station Cook) – Now Hiring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Garde Manger to join our culinary team. This position is essential in maintaining the quality and presentation of all cold food items.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate cold dishes, including salads, charcuterie, appetizers, canapés, terrines, and dressings
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards in cold prep areas
• Monitor ingredient freshness, rotate stock, and minimize waste
• Assist in creating seasonal and visually appealing cold station offerings
• Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely and high-quality service
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a garde manger or similar cold kitchen role preferred
• Strong knife skills and a keen eye for detail and presentation
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
