The Henry County Circuit Court Clerk is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and dependable individual to join our team as a General Office Clerk.

Key responsibilities include a ssessing, calculating, and processing payments for court-ordered fines, court costs, and restitution; providing exceptional customer service to the public, legal professionals, and court personnel; and maintaining accurate and confidential records in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. The ability to read and follow directions is essential.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in cash handling, financial transactions, or legal/court administration is a plus.

This position offers an annual starting salary of $41,622 with excellent benefits. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Opportunities for professional development and advancement are available.
