- Worksite Location: Remote
- Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annually
What you’ll do as the Global Payroll Specialist: - Process and audit global payrolls (e.g., US, UK, India, Philippines), ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with local laws
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and HR teams
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll and HRIS systems
- Liaise with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing and reporting
- Prepare payroll journals, reports, and dashboards for internal use and regulatory compliance
- Monitor changes in international tax and labor regulations and recommend adjustments to maintain compliance
- Support audits (internal, SOX, and statutory) by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of global payroll processes, tools, and systems
- Provide support for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to payroll projects such as system migrations, acquisitions, or global expansion efforts
What you’ll bring to the Global Payroll Specialist role: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 1–2 years in a global payroll environment
- Familiarity with payroll practices in at least two of the following regions: US, UK, India, Philippines
- Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, Payslip) and HRIS (UKG, Workday) systems
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, wage/tax laws, and statutory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and experience working across cultures and time zones
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
