Job Description

A-Team Alaska is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Team for fall cleanups and winter snow removal. This role includes a variety of outdoor tasks that are essential to keeping our clients' properties safe and maintained during the changing seasons. You'll start with fall cleanups and transition into snow removal duties once winter sets in.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with fall cleanup tasks such as leaf raking, debris removal, and property tidying
Shovel snow from walkways, driveways, and other areas as needed
Distribute ice melt on sidewalks and high-traffic areas to ensure safety
Operate snowplow trucks to clear parking lots, roads, and driveways
Safely drive and operate dump trucks, plows, and other heavy equipment
Maintain equipment and ensure it's in good working order
Respond to snow events quickly and efficiently. We work from 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday; however, once snowfall starts, we will shift to a 2 AM start time.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in cold and demanding outdoor environments
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling and lifting heavy loads
Experience driving plow trucks and operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required (we provide training)
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Salary: $ 20.00 24.00 Per Hour
