Safety Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Denver, CO

A top-tier, family-owned general contractor with a 75+ year track record is seeking a Safety Manager to support projects across education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors . Known for integrity, operational excellence, and people-first values, this builder leads ground-up construction projects that impact communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and enforce jobsite safety programs across active construction sites

* Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training sessions

* Manage subcontractor safety compliance

* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

* Partner with field teams to build and maintain a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in construction safety, preferably with commercial ground-up projects

* OSHA 30 required; CHST or CSP preferred

* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
