What You’ll Do:

• High-Rise Window Cleaning: Safely operate rope descent systems, swing stages, and other specialized equipment to clean and maintain exterior windows on tall commercial buildings.
• Low-Rise & Ground-Level Work: Ensure exceptional clarity and cleanliness for smaller buildings, storefronts, and residential windows.
• Additional Services: Assist with related property maintenance services, such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and interior glass detailing.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and industry regulations, including the proper use of fall-protection gear and routine equipment inspections.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, supervisors, and support staff to achieve efficient, customer-focused results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience at Heights: Prior window cleaning or related high-altitude work experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners ready to learn.
• Comfort with Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with harnesses, ropes, bosun’s chairs, and other gear is preferred (training available).
• Physical Fitness & Stamina: Must be able to climb, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering streak-free results and quality workmanship.
• Adaptability & Team Spirit: Willing to perform a variety of tasks, including low-rise work and additional services as requested by our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $22-$30 per hour (including hourly, bonus, and commission opportunities), with potential for increases based on performance.
