Job Summary: Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking a reliable and dedicated Full Time Housekeeper to join our team at our senior living community in Santee, California. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our community, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the community, including common areas, resident apartments, and offices.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all surfaces, floors, and carpets in accordance with company standards.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in an efficient and timely manner.
• Restock supplies in common areas and resident apartments as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with special events and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
