The Housing Services Manager at The Coffee Oasis is a crucial role dedicated to overseeing all housing programs within Kitsap County. To excel as the Housing Services Manager at The Coffee Oasis, candidates must embody the organization’s core beliefs and values, demonstrating a strong commitment to its mission. A minimum age of 25 and possession of a bachelors degree or equivalent are essential for this role.
At least two years of experience working with adolescents is required, alongside completed training in HIV/AIDS and blood-borne pathogens, as well as first aid and CPR. A recent tuberculin test is mandatory, ensuring the health and safety of those we serve. Additionally, candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with current automobile insurance.
Proficiency in Internet software, spreadsheet applications, and word processing tools, coupled with strong internet research skills, will enable successful candidates to navigate administrative responsibilities effectively, ensuring the seamless operation of housing programs.
