Performs basic compensation analysis against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive pay rates. Use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends. Assesses job duties to determine FLSA classification. Maintains job description database for the organization. Serves as Liaison with offsite storage vendor for benefit file retrieval as well as putting files into archive. Prepares forms, flyers and correspondence for benefit related messages as needed. Serves as a contact on the administration of health, welfare, and voluntary employee benefit programs. Serves as a resource to HR Business Partners. Serves as a liaison with various insurance carriers and benefits brokers. Audits all benefits and compensation related data stored in the HRIS on a periodic basis.
