The position of HVAC Installer is to provide top-quality heating and cooling solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently installing heating and air equipment in residential homes
HVAC Installers are responsible for running a job from start to finish
Install to standards higher than manufacturer specs
Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units
Delivery of consistent, excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
Ensuring high-quality and timely job performance

Requirements:

EPA certification, minimally EPA Type II
The ability to learn pipe installation, ductwork, and all aspects of HVAC system design and installation
Ability to focus on quality and safety
A customer-first attitude with the ability to consult on solutions and solve problems
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry codes and standards
Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
An individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
