HVAC Maintenance Tech
Pay: $16/hour
Location: Pryor
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Tech to join our Pryor facility. The HVAC Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of HVAC systems, machinery, and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong focus on workplace safety.
Required Experience & Skills
· 3 years of HVAC experience
· Current HVAC apprentice license
· Proficient with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
· Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documents
· Strong attention to detail , safety awareness, and productivity focus
· Flexible, reliable, and able to work overtime when required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, production machines, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems
· Troubleshoot malfunctions by inspecting and testing devices with precision instruments
· Dismantle equipment and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand tools
· Inspect used parts to determine replacement needs with micrometers, calipers, and measuring instruments
· Adjust and align functional parts of devices using hand tools and levels
· Fabricate or repair parts using machine shop equipment
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inventories
· Monitor and control downtime by advising production teams on maintenance practices
· Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment as a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Tech
Preferred Education
· Technical training or coursework in HVAC systems or mechanical maintenance
