Cornerstone Pros AC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced and motivated and HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team! Responsibilities:

  • Bid & run projects from start to finish for HVAC Sales projects.
  • Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.).
  • Translate customers’ desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home. 
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships. 
  • Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close-out packages. 
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training. 
  • Design projects & work with customers for the best solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of HVAC or in-home sales experience preferred. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred.
  • Strong mathematical, language, communication and computer skills.
  • Excellent computer skills are required for this position.
  • Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must.
  • Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Tampa Bay area.
