ROLE: HVAC Sales Representative
LOCATION: Remote with field-based customer interaction in the greater Harleysville area
SCHEDULE: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a motivated go-getter to join our team as an HVAC Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to deliver 5-star service by offering thoughtful, personalized HVAC solutions. You’ll guide customers through comfort options, educate them on system performance, and support them through the buying process with care and professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, thrives on connection, and is eager to grow their career with a team that values ownership and trust.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their HVAC needs.
• Develop leads through technician referrals and follow-ups.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from estimate through installation.
• Support service operations when needed and assist with technician sales training.
• Hit sales goals and strive for continuous improvement.

• A driven and self-motivated sales professional
• Skilled communicator and natural relationship builder
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and computer skills
• Experienced in HVAC sales or field work (2+ years preferred)
