Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose problems with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address customer concerns regarding HVAC performance.
• Keep detailed records of service performed and part replacements to maintain accurate service logs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure all systems are functioning optimally across the facility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations while performing all job duties.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed HVAC Technician
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interaction with clients.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Experience working in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus.
