Job Description:

Embark on an exciting career as an Appointment Setter and Inbound Sales Agent for a dynamic medical spa that’s revolutionizing the beauty and wellness landscape. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking life-changing aesthetic and weight loss treatments. Your warm, professional demeanor will be key in building trust as you expertly explain our range of services and book consultations. This position offers a perfect blend of customer service and sales, allowing you to make a real difference in people’s lives while growing your career in a booming industry. You’ll work with cutting-edge CRM technology, manage a diverse client base, and play a crucial role in the spa’s expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, SMS, and emails with professionalism and care

• Provide accurate and reassuring information about treatments (Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, weight loss, and wellness services)

• Book appointments directly into Vagaro and manage schedules accurately

• Oversee follow-ups in GoHighLevel, including:

• Speed-to-lead responses

• Appointment reminders and reschedules

• Nurture campaigns for client engagement

• Light upselling of memberships, treatment packages, and special offers

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs):

• Response time to new leads

• Consultation show-up rate

• Conversion rate from consults to treatments

Requirements

• Experience in medical aesthetics (Botox, dermal fillers, laser, wellness) or a strong familiarity with the industry

• Prior experience with Vagaro and/or GoHighLevel is highly desirable

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone

• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
