Industrial Painter

Position: Industrial Painter

Location: Spring City, PA

Compensation Range: $21 - $26 per hour (based on experience)



Job Summary:


The Industrial Painter is responsible for selecting the correct paint color and mixing it to the required consistency and viscosity. This role involves spraying paint on a variety of products and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Essential Functions:

• Read and follow written instructions and prints
• Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted
• Mix and thin paint to required consistency
• Prepare surfaces and apply primer and top coat to specified thickness
• Retouch paint as needed
• Clean up with appropriate solvents and maintain paint booth equipment and area
• Operate jib crane to move products
• Maintain high ethical standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand prints
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial painting experience

Required to wear Tyvek suit, chemical hood, gloves, and safety shoes
Use of fresh air box filtration system
Work performed in a non-air-conditioned shop environment
Normal manufacturing noise levels
