Job Title: Industrial Painter – Aerospace (Small Parts)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $18+ per hour, depending on experience

DOT Safety Sensitive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to coat and finish small aerospace parts in a production environment. This is a DOT Safety Sensitive role where safety and reliability are essential. The position is full-time with the opportunity to be hired on permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint or coatings to small aerospace components
• Prep parts as needed (may include masking, sanding, or cleaning)
• Follow paint procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Previous industrial or spray paint experience required
• Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
• Must be dependable and punctual
