In this role, you will leverage your Property & Casualty insurance expertise to build lasting relationships with our customers while helping them protect what matters most. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain customer insurance accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.
- Provide detailed information on Auto & Fire insurance products, with a strong focus on Life insurance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency quotas and goals.
Qualifications - Must possess a valid Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license to apply.
- Washington Life & Disability insurance license preferred; candidates can obtain this during employment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- A passion for sales and a dedication to helping customers protect their families.
Compensation And Benefits - Starting salary range of $50,000 base plus commission and bonus opportunities.
