Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sell and manage a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance.
• Uphold ethical business practices and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Manage client policies and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.

Education & Experience

• Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Property & Casualty license
