Are you a proven sales professional with the ability to turn first impressions into lasting client relationships? Home Care Assistance is seeking an experienced Intake Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for families exploring senior care solutions.
In this role, you’ll:
· Engage prospective clients and decision makers with confidence
· Proactively respond to 70+ new inquiries monthly
· Clearly communicate our premium senior care service differentiators
· Follow up, nurture leads, and drive conversion rates that hit company goals
· Collaborate with field teams to seamlessly schedule in-home assessments
· Representing Home Care Assistance with professionalism and integrity
What we’re looking for:
· 3+ years of successful sales experience (intangible products/services preferred)
· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong follow-up discipline with a proven ability to close
· Inside sales and/or call center experience a plus; senior care industry experience preferred
