Seeking talented and driven Interior Designer to work with us in a senior role in our Interior Design Studio.

The position of Senior Interior Architectural Designer contributes to our success by assisting in the design and production for schematic, design development, construction documents, construction administration and project management for all projects. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in commercial interior design, focusing primarily on high-end hospitality design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Interior Design Director as the primary team member, the Senior Interior Architectural Designer is responsible for the development and realization of project from start to finish. With only limited supervision this person will be responsible for

  • Coordinating and preparing complete client project documentation and design packages
  • Interface with clients, other business partners, resources and vendors
  • Complete client projects on or under financial and resource budgets
  • Managing and mentoring internal and external resources
  • Participate in industry events and networking and business development and growth of the firm

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 6 years post graduate experience with at least the last two years in a Senior Designer position with heavy experience in hospitality design

Experience and knowledge in:

  • production and coordination of construction:
  • drawing sets
  • detailing, materials, methods, and codes
  • FF&E specification deliverables/implementation and available vendor/fabricators
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, MS Office
