Job Description

Job Requirements:

1. Store Space Design: Responsible for the overall interior design of Mixue stores, including 3D modeling and 2D construction drawings, ensuring compliance with brand identity and construction standards.
2. Localization Optimization: Adapt store visuals and spatial layout to fit the Malaysian market, enhancing local brand recognition.
3. Construction Drawing Adaptation: Adjust and refine store design plans based on store types and locations, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and compliance with local regulations and construction standards.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans while maintaining brand consistency.
5. Design Standards Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and continuously enhance Mixue’s store space design standards in Malaysia to improve customer experience. Main Responsibilities:

1. Technical Skills: Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) and AutoCAD, capable of independently producing 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings.
2. Design Experience: At least 1 year of experience in commercial space design, chain store design, or related fields. Experience in F&B or retail space design is preferred.
3. Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to develop innovative space design solutions that align with brand identity and market needs.
4. Execution Ability: Strong capability to implement design plans efficiently and address construction challenges.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with different departments and ensure smooth project execution.
6. Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysia’s building regulations, renovation standards, and consumer preferences to incorporate local characteristics into designs.
