Come serve at the beach where millions of visitors travel for vacation and thousands of international students come to work for the summer. You will get the feel of international missions as you minister to students from around the world. They come from 50 countries, and they are eager to learn about American culture, language, and religion. You will form friendships and have many opportunities to share the gospel with them through activities such as sports on the beach, serving meals, and teaching through conversational English. You will also get the feel of working in a local church ministry by reaching children through summer camps, locals and tourists through outreach ministries, and first responders through service opportunities. One of the most effective ways we reach local families is by serving their children, which we do through Sunday School and day camps. As you build relationships with children, you will have opportunities to teach them what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus and introduce them to missions as a part of the Christian life.
