Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completed residency and fellowship in Pain Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or a related specialty.
• Active California medical license.
• Proficient in fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided interventional techniques.
