Role: IT Security Analyst

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: New York City, NY (On-site with Hybrid)

Job Details:
Client is looking for an experienced IT Security Analyst to ensure the new data center and its systems comply with the client's rigorous information security policies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of all project designs against the client's security policy framework.
• Validate the secure configuration of network devices, servers, and access control systems.
• Review and verify results from vendor-provided security tests (e.g., vulnerability scans).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years in a dedicated IT security role (e.g., analyst, engineer, auditor).
• Must have experience conducting security audits or compliance assessments against a formal policy framework (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
