A well-established beverage manufacturer and distributor is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise resource planning strategy and governance across a multi-site operation. This leadership role oversees business process alignment, project delivery, and team performance within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational objectives into actionable system and process improvements—without requiring deep technical configuration skills.
Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s JD Edwards ERP environment, ensuring it supports business growth, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Partner with department heads in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution to understand priorities and translate them into system-driven process improvements.
Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, allocating resources, and maintaining timelines and budgets.
Supervise a team of analysts and/or business process leads responsible for ERP support, enhancement, and user adoption.
Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure system stability, performance, and integration alignment—without serving as a hands-on configurator or developer.
Lead governance, change management, and prioritization of ERP initiatives to ensure business continuity and strategic alignment.
Establish metrics and reporting to track project progress, system utilization, and business outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, decision-making, and training initiatives related to ERP processes.
Stay informed on JD Edwards updates and industry best practices, ensuring the organization benefits from relevant advancements.
8+ years of experience in ERP management or business systems leadership, including 5+ years with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Proven success managing ERP projects, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes, ideally within a multi-location environment.
Skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience leading remote teams and managing external service providers a plus.
