Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an RN Care Manager

Overview:

Join our dynamic care management team in Everett as an  RN Care Manager  and enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus ! This hybrid role combines in-person home visits with remote coaching—no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess safety, monitor health changes, and provide clinical coaching (including medication reviews).
  • Deliver ongoing coaching via our digital app, offering resource referrals and best practice guidance.
  • Build trusting relationships with caregivers to reduce burnout and encourage positive changes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as needed.

Requirements:
Education:

  • Active  Registered Nurse (RN) License  in the state of employment.

Experiences:

  • 2+ years of recent direct care experience with elders/adults with disabilities.
  • Background in  case management, care planning, and assessments (eldercare, disabilities, or complex medical needs preferred).

Other:

  • Must be able to travel within the assigned area ( valid driver’s license and auto insurance required ).
  • Proficient in  MS Office, case management systems , and web-based applications.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (may impact compensation).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary:  $90,000–$100,000 per year
  • Benefits:
    • $5,000 sign-on bonus
    • Flexible,  no nights/weekends/on-call schedule

  • Full-time

  • Hybrid  (mix of in-home visits and remote work)
