Role Summary – Junior Credit Analyst

As a Jr. Credit Analyst, you will be a key member of our Credit and Underwriting department, where you will evaluate credit reports to determine the best financing options for our clients. You will need strong analytical skills to review credit attributes and financial information and identify any potential risks. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting financing packages to our funding sources. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties.

Areas of Responsibility / Job Duties

• Analyze and process credit applications by reviewing and understanding credit transactions and key financial documents. Attention to detail is the most crucial part of this role and is pertinent to a job done well.
• Maintain and organize all documentation within the company's drives, folders, and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity is accurate and consistently updated.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and lenders to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth approval process for each transaction.
• Problem-solve to overcome any obstacles that may arise during a credit application's review, working to eliminate denial factors and secure approvals.
• This is an entry-level role , and while a basic understanding of the lending industry is helpful, we will provide comprehensive training on all the information and skills you'll need to succeed.

Role Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, "take-charge" work ethic.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with the Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy (a test will be administered).

Benefits & Schedule

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience).

  • Roseville, CA Office: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
  • Portsmouth, NH Office: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.
