We are currently seeking a proactive junior electrical engineer with diverse technical interests and capabilities for hands-on experience. The individual s primary responsibilities will be to work within the engineering teams to develop electronic hardware for military applications. The engineer will work with multi-discipline teams across BAE facilities to create advanced products for the defense of the United States. The individual should be self-starting and able to thrive in a learning environment that encourages leadership and technical growth.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ BS in Electrical Engineering
+ Motivated self-starter and problem solver
+ Detail oriented person with good time management skills to be able to prioritize problems/actions in a team environment
+ Able to communicate with other engineers, operators, technicians, and managers on scope of efforts and technical solutions to problems
+ Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ MS in Electrical Engineering
+ Familiarity of electrical design techniques
+ Familiarity of schematic capture tools
+ Knowledge of communication protocols: USB, PCIe, Ethernet, RS232 & 485
+ Familiarity with debugging hardware using multimeters, oscilloscopes, digital signal analyzers
+ Familiarity with python, C, or programming languages for test execution understanding
+ Knowledge of computer technologies: VPX, I2C, SPI, JTAG, SATA
+ Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board design and manufacture
+ Knowledge of Power Supply design and technologies
+ Familiarity with FPGA design
+ MATLAB/Simulink tool experience
+ Familiarity with simulation tools: Pspice, Hyperlynx
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $57866 - $98372
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
