Location: Green Bay, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Pay: $23.05/hour
• Start Date: Immediate

Join a local Green Bay food production company as a Kettle Operator ! We’re hiring motivated individuals for multiple shifts in a clean, team-oriented environment. These are temp-to-hire positions with long-term potential and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Do

As a Kettle Operator , you’ll play an important role in food production by preparing, cooking, and packaging specialty products. Your main responsibilities include:

• Following recipes, instructions, and production schedules accurately
• Operating kettles and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring product quality throughout the process
• Cleaning and sanitizing kettles and tools between batches
• Working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• At least 6 months of food manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
