We are a growing international online English tutoring company with open opportunities in our Korean Branch. Our company is looking for a customer success specialist who can delight our customers!
Working hours are 3-4 days per week, 8 am - 12pm Korean Standard time. There will be opportunity for growth as we move forward.
You will be trained to take phone calls and messages, manage schedules, data upkeep, delight and serve customers. You will handle contact with parents, research as well as other odds and ends that may be required to ensure our office and company run smoothly. We have a US based operations manager and a Korean based office manager, so you would be reporting directly to them.
We are an online company in education so experience in this field is preferred. We offer private tutoring services. Must be a Korean native speaker and have advanced English reading, speaking and typing ability.
