Local Candidates: $1,700 – $1,900 weekly gross
Travel Candidates: $2,000 – $2,400 weekly gross
An established healthcare facility in Manahawkin, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. This role involves comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
Perform assessments and determine care priorities through planning, intervention, and evaluation
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on patient condition and medical diagnosis
Conduct therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care
Document care activities in accordance with clinical standards and protocols
Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to improvements in care delivery
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in line with nursing best practices
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Active NJ RN license or multi-state compact RN license
BLS Certification – American Heart Association
