JOIN OUR LATE NIGHT TEAM

We are currently hiring for late night team members to help extend our hours of operation and provide excellent service to our community in the evenings. This position is part of extended hours we are getting ready to extend to, and may need adjustments as needed. We look forward to working with you!

Job Responsibilities and Description

• Late Night team members will learn a variety of positions in the restaurant including front of house (drive thru, registers, deserts, order delivery) and back of house (grill, fryers, sandwiches, packaging). You may work one or the other, or be cross trained depending on need and ability.
• Late Night team members will work closing shifts each time. We will close at 11pm on weekdays, 12am on Friday and Saturday. Upon successful execution of current hours, hours may change to 1am or beyond at the employers discretion. You will be given a 14 day notice before any business hour changes are made. You can expect to be here for 45 - 60 minutes after the restaurant closes helping with a variety of closing tasks including (cleaning, dishes, stocking, etc). Our entire closing team stays to help, and then we all leave together for safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older to qualify (this is a year round position, not seasonal, so we are not able to offer hours to high school students for summer for this position).
• Must be quick on the feet, with the ability to work at a fast pace while providing top tier hospitality.
• We require an attitude of service and teamwork with a pleasant demeanor and care for our guests and team mates.
• Must be able to count change (front of house) and handle quick math in kitchen while reading orders and summarizing needed production quantities.
• Must posses good hygiene practices with neatly trimmed hair that may be restrained, no facial hair, and no facial piercings or gauges (one small nose stud is allowed).
• No prior criminal record or charges and ability to pass a background check at employers discretion.
• Employment will be on an at-will basis, and you may be terminated any time within in your first 30 day probationary period without notice at the Owner or General Managers discretion. We expect fast learners who want to hustle and grow within our organization.
• Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays consistently.
